Your email and order details
When you generate for the first time, we save the email you enter before creating your artwork. We store your descriptions, selected sizes, optional exact wording, generated designs and any order requests. The owner can view these details to handle your request. Marketing permission is not assumed.
Contact enquiries
We use your email address, message and any name or order reference you provide to respond to your enquiry. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the contact form from automated submissions. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.
Your private browser session
An essential session cookie connects this browser to your saved designs for up to 30 days. Entering an email in the designer only saves a contact address. Email-link sign-in verifies access to that email before showing its designs and orders across devices. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and work once. Cookie expiry does not delete saved records.
AI generation and storage
Your description, optional exact wording and reference photo, checked website summary and colours, ring guide and any selected artwork to edit are sent to OpenAI when generating. Your contact email is not included. Website checks read only a public homepage and do not call the image model. Saving unchanged catalogue artwork does not use an AI attempt. Records and artwork use the website’s hosted database and file storage.
Access and retention
Designs and order artwork are protected by the saved browser session or authorised owner access. Approved orders keep a separate copy of the submitted artwork, including any words AI placed in it. There is currently no automatic record-deletion schedule; a session ending does not remove saved order records.
Questions about a saved request
When Wheelchair Stickers follows up by email, reply with your order reference and the details of your question. Avoid putting sensitive personal information into the artwork description.
Your cookie choices
Essential cookies keep your designs and orders working. Optional measurement cookies let Google Analytics show how visitors use this website and let Meta measure our adverts. If you accept, these services receive browser and device information, pages visited and shopping steps; a completed purchase sends its amount. We do not send your design descriptions, names or contact details. You can reject measurement cookies and still use the designer and buy. Reopen Cookie choices to change your choice. We remember the choice for 180 days. Google Analytics and Meta may retain information under their own policies. Withdrawing consent stops future measurement from this browser; it does not recall data already sent. Payment information and artwork remain available in your account without measurement cookies.
